Learn that and so much more with your host Michael Vasta, Bluff View's Wine Director, during this installment of Tasting Series 10: Pairing Wine with Food - Part One, featuring red wine varietal selections. Sample the very best in cuisine prepared for you by the talented chefs at Back Inn Cafe while sipping premium red wine selections chosen specifically for each dish.
